Requirements

No experience or previous qualifications are required to enrol on this course, and it is available to all students of all academic backgrounds. However, you do need to be working in a managerial role, or be expected to shortly take one up, in order to successfully complete this course. [K1]

Assessment

You’ll get a question paper at the end of each lesson, and this should take you around 1-2 hours to complete. These papers, once marked by your assessor, will enable your tutor to continually monitor your progress and provide help and advice where needed.

The practical aspects of this very hands-on course will need to be demonstrated by you at work. You’ll do this by collating a portfolio of evidence around the tasks you do at work, and this portfolio will be assessed at the end of the course.

How can I follow up my Diploma in Management (RQF) Level 3?

Your Diploma in Management (RQF) Level 3 will provide you with a range of options once completed. With a maximum of 55 learning credits that can be achieved here, you can apply to university to study a degree or HND.

Alternatively, if you still want to study, but you need to keep it more flexible, you can progress on to the Level 4 NVQ in Management or NVQ Level 5 in Management and Leadership.

Finally, should you prefer to keep things very practical, you will find your Diploma in Management (RQF) Level 3 stands out on your CV, and will increase your chances of being progressed at work, or of getting an excellent job with good prospects in management elsewhere.
