How to Enrol


Choose your course from our selection of RQF online courses, check that the course will answer your career goals. If you're not sure which course is right one, you can call the college and talk it through, on 020 7565 1333.

You can Enrol, at any time, by clicking the appropriate Enrol button on your chosen course page. Enrolment is when you officially become one of our learners, it is a process which starts with you selecting the course you want to study and making sure you are on the right course page on our web site.

Select the Enrol button on the course page that matches your chosen payment method. Payment methods are explained in full here.

Paying for your course is part of Enrolment

If you wish to pay your course fees in full, in one payment, click the orange 'Pay in Full' button.

If you prefer to spread the cost by paying a set amount every month, click the orange 'Pay by Instalments' button.

You will then be taken to a secure part of the site where you can pay by credit or debit card. This payment gateway is secured by 'Realex'. Before you enter any details you will be presented with a screen showing the total cost.

Getting a loan to pay for your course

If you select the purple button entitled 'Register and apply for an Advanced Learner Loan' More information is available in our How you pay section.

You are now enrolled

You will automatically be sent emails with confirmation of your payment and if you have applied for a loan, you will also be sent all the information you need to complete your application. The on screen process guides you through enrolment. Once this is done you will be sent a user name and password which will then give you access to the course, how much of that course may depend on your loan application status, if that’s how you chose to pay.

Initial Assessment and Guidance

Our online learning platform, PEARL, takes you through the initial assessment process which benchmarks your English and Maths capability and allows you to select other small courses to boost your skill-set and help improve your employability. This is all done before you start the RQF course of your choice to give you the best.

When you qualify

When you have successfully completed your course, you will be awarded your qualification by the awarding organisation for your course. This will be an independent, nationally recognised OFSTED regulated awarding organisation, eg. Open College Network West Midlands for Access to HE Diploma courses, AAT for accountancy and many others, eg. CACHE, NCFE, Innovate Awarding etc.

Government backed loan could fund your course

All our RQF courses, ones (carrying the 19+ icon) attract 19+ Advanced Learner Loan funding, which you can apply for through our site. This kind of loan can cover the cost of your fees and doesn’t have to be paid back until you are earning £21,000 a year or over.
